Konstrukt provides management consulting services for mission driven organizations that deliver climate and urban development solutions. We work with public, private and non-profit clients. 

 

Our services include program design and development; program and project management; proposal and grant writing; strategic planning; workshop facilitation; and stakeholder convening.

 

We have subject matter expertise in decarbonization, energy efficiency, electrification, and clean energy as well as community development, urban planning, and architecture.

Konstrukt is a second generation consulting practice that began in 1993 providing energy efficiency, clean energy, and green building services to clients throughout the West.

 

We are a certified Women Business Enterprise through the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (#13539).

Naomi Cole, Principal and Owner

Naomi is passionate about finding climate-focused, community-based solutions for the built environment. With expertise in decarbonization, green building, urban planning, and community development, over her 20-year career, she has launched a neighborhood sustainability initiative with global reach; delivered commercial and residential energy efficiency programs; and helped lead sustainable design for a national architecture firm. She is highly collaborative and incredibly effective at getting things done.

Naomi shares her family’s experience with low carbon living through Decarbonize Your Life and is a contributing writer to CleanTechnica and Zero Energy Project. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and studied architecture, environmental studies and urban studies. She is a LEED AP and EcoDistricts AP.
