Jeff Cole has 30 years experience improving the performance of commercial buildings, and developing renewable energy projects. As prime contractor, with a subcontractor network of architects, engineers, and other consultants, Jeff has delivered energy efficiency and sustainable design services for higher education, commercial and corporate real estate, and public buildings in the Pacific Northwest. Expertise includes daylighting, efficient lighting, natural ventilation, and other energy-efficiency improvements. He has developed renewable energy projects in Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii. He is a LEED Accredited professional and a member of the USGBC LEED® Market Sector Committee and of the Regional Technical Forum of the Northwest Power and Conservation Council.

Naomi Cole brings an interdisciplinary background in architecture, environmental science and urban studies for a unique perspective on the interaction between the built and the natural, which informs her work advocating and creating sustainable urban environments. She works closely with clients to define and achieve sustainability goals unique to their missions. Expertise includes integrated design meeting facilitation, project goal setting, identifying sustainable design strategies and metrics and supporting the team through the design process. Her professional endeavors are complemented by active community engagement. She supported the early development of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council, a USGBC chapter in Philadelphia, and helped lead efforts to pass high performance building legislation in Oregon in 2007. She is actively engaged in the City Club of Portland as the Chair of the New Leaders Council and was key to the redevelopment of the Portland Chapter of the AIA Committee on the Environment. Naomi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and is a LEED Accredited Professional and received the 2008 BetterBricks Emerging Leader Award.
